Mark Arzoomanian, Chairman/ CEO Mr. Arzoomanian is a leading technology executive with over 30 years of experience and his extensive understanding of business operations, infrastructure, and application deployments as well as his knowledge of products, software, and services has helped to advance his organizations business through the use of cutting edge technologies.
Mark joined RSC Solutions as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 2004 and has transformed the organization into an industry leader. Prior to RSC, Mark was a Senior Partner and Founder of Starpoint Solutions. Upon joining Starpoint in 1988, he was responsible for growth of the organization to 1,500 employees, $100 plus million in annual revenue, with 14 offices nationwide over a ten year period.
In addition, he is widely recognized for his philanthropic leadership, active role in corporate social responsibility initiatives, and for investing in innovation and technology lead organizations that are key to driving social and economic growth throughout the country
Anthony Sirabella, President/ CTO Mr. Sirabella is a senior technology executive, with 30 years of experience, who is recognized for his transformational capabilities across technology and financial services operations. Mr. Sirabella offers a proven blend of experience building cohesive and effective global teams, the design and execution of multimillion dollar complex global projects, the creation and implementation of enterprise wide technology strategies, and un-paralleled leadership. Anthony served as Managing Director and Global Head of Technology and Operations with PineBridge Investments. He managed the global team of technology and operations professionals to achieve a major separation initiative from AIG. Over the past 30 years Anthony's career includes Chief Information Officer (CIO) roles at GMO, LLC and GE Asset Management.
Darren M. Marks, Chief Operating Officer 45 Mr. Marks has over 20 years of executive management experience and in 1991 co- founded and from 1991 through 1997 he was Vice President of Sims Communications, Inc., a publicly- traded NASDAQ telecommunications company, where he was responsible for the creation, design and funding of a national telecommunication program for clients such as Alamo Rent-a-Car and the American Automobile Association. From 2007 through July 2010 Mr. Marks has held the position of co-founder, Chairman, CEO and a Director of DNA Beverage Corp., and since July 2010 has held the same positions with DNA Brands, Inc., the successor to DNA Beverage Corp.
DNA Brands is a publicly held energy drink sales and marketing company where he has been instrumental in the development, production and marketing of DNA’s initial product offering as well as being responsible for developing all DNA’s relationships in the action sports community. Mr. Marks was instrumental in building an entire social networking platform for DNA Brands that was competitive with Red Bull, Monster and Rockstar’s social networking platforms www.dnabrandsusa.com
Melvin Leiner, Executive Vice President 72 Mr. Leiner has over 35 years of entrepreneurial and executive management experience in developing, and operating publically trading companies in a broad range of industries ranging from telecommunications to food and beverage. Mr. Leiner was the founder, Chairman and CEO of Sims Communications, Inc., a NASDAQ-traded telecommunications company and former financial consultant specializing in new ventures. From 2007 through July 2010 Mr. Leiner has held the position of co- founder, Director, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary of DNA Beverage Corp. and since July 2010 has held the same positions with DNA Brands, Inc., the successor to DNA Beverage Corp., a publicly held energy drink sales and marketing company.

Jeffrey Leiner, 42 Jeffrey Leiner has over 15 years of experience in analysis, application development, database design, and network administration. Jeffrey, developed applications using Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, XML, Oracle Portals (PLSQL) and Microsoft SQL Server. Experience in developing several in-house, logistics-management applications and in providing in-country technical support in Jordan, Ghana, and Zambia. From February 1998 to the present he has been employed by John Snow, Inc. Arlington VA. In current position as Senior Programmer/Analyst, Supply Chain Management Systems (SCMS) he is responsible for development and ongoing support for the SCMS website. Jeffrey graduated Magna **** Laude and Top Psychology Student in 1992 from New York Institute of Technology, Old Westbury, NY.
Dan Putnam, 35 Dan Putnam is an accomplished Art/Graphic designer with heavy experience in all aspects of media operations. From Janujary 2008 through May, 2012 Mr. Putnam was the Art/Graphic Director for Right Coast Media Inc. (Eastern Surf Magazine) Melbourne Beach, FL, where he completely restructured the art department creating more efficient work flow while instituting more cost effective methods, while improving the existing product. Dan was responsible for layouts of the magazine and all print materials used internally. He also created in house ads, client ads, campaigns, rebuilt and continued to manage the new website. From 2006 – 2008 Dan was Senior Artist for Clear Channel Outdoor and lead the introduction of the digital media in the outdoor market. Mr. Putnam also created marketing campaigns to get new clients. From 2002-2006 Mr Putnam was a freelance designer for Direct City Media, Cox Target Media and Gulfster.com.
Geoff Armstrong, 40 Mr. Armstrong has an extensive background in marketing, including youth based action sports, on-site events, social media print media, and managing both amateur and professional athletehas been the East Coast regional marketing manager Fox Head Inc, or “Fox Racing” Fox Head, Inc., is one of the most recognized youth based action sports clothing companies in the world, as seen in X Games, AMA SuperCross, Dew Action Sports Tour, etc. The demo for Fox is youth based which puts him at the forefront of trends and thinking of today’s youth. He has travelled worldwide with Fox, managing PR tours, professional athletes and on site events. Prior to 2005 Mr. Armstrong also worked for action sports companies such as Ezekiel Clothing, Burton Snowboards, Gravis Footwear and Creatures of Leisure.

Ms. Keppel has a BA: Elementary Education from Flagler College & University of North Florida, 2002 and teaches History and Science in 5th and 6th grade studies in elementary schools in Sebastian and St. Augustine, FL. From 2006 to the present Ms. Keppel is the owns and operates the North County Tutoring in Sebastian, FL.
Jill Jackson – Nurse
Miss Jackson has been a licensed registered nurse since 1996 with experience functioning in the areas of Operating Room, Recovery Room, Pre-op, Orthopedics, Gynecology, Plastic Surgery, ENT, Pediatrics, IV therapy, Diabetes, Cardiac, General Surgery and Wound Care, Labs. Jill is and experienced administrator responsible for Quarterly and Yearly Quality Assurance Reports to State of Florida. David Natan – 60 Mr. Natan is a seasoned financial executive. Formerly a Big Four CPA with Deloitte Touche, he has more than thirty-five years of experience in areas of accounting, treasury, finance, corporate operations, and executive level management of both public and private companies. Mr Natan’s career has spanned a wide range of industries. He has previously served as CFO/Treasurer of five public companies and as CFO of three private companies. During his tenure as CFO of one of his companies from 2002-2004 , his public company was ranked as one of Forbes Magazine’s “Top 50 Best Small Companies in America” for three consecutive years. Mr. Natan and his firm Natan & Associates provide CFO type services to the Company, on a non-executive basis. Mr. Natan has participated in 18 merger and acquisition transactions. He has been instrumental in raising in excess of $500 million of debt and equity capital on favorable terms, and from a variety of funding sources. Mr. Natan holds a B.A. in Economics from Boston University.
Jorge A. Rivas – Elementary School Principal – As Principal of Miami Heights Elementary School in Miami, Florida Mr. Rivas manages and supervises daily operations, personnel, budget, curriculum, discipline and all other aspects of the school. He is also responsible for setting the Mission for the School, creating a safe and academically challenging learning environment and works collaboratively with the Education Excellence School Advisory Councils (EESAC). Prior to his appointment as Principal of Miami Heights Elementary School Mr. Rivas held the titles of Assistant Principal at Homestead Senior High School, M-DCPS District Administration/Staff Specialist at the Office of Curriculum and Instruction and Student Services Department Chair at Miami Killian Senior High School. Mr. Rivas is well versed and experienced in dealing with personnel, educational planning, guidance services, career development, policies and services. Mr. Rivas holds a Bachelor of Arts, Liberal Studies and Social Science Degree from Florida International University, a Master of Science in Guidance and Counseling from St. Thomas University and a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University.
